• Steel oil tank and pump body. Oil tanks of multiple volumes.
• With hydraulic drive and reliable performance, it can be applied to machines that need continuous lubrication.
• 1~4 grease outlets.
• There are pressure gauge and safety relief valve mounted at the grease outlet, which is convenient to observe the system pressure and diagnose the system failure. It has overpressure protection function.
• Optional oil plate and low oil level indicator, and the applicable medium is 2# when equipped with oil plate and low oil level indicator.
• Optional 2-position 4-way solenoid directional valve and the installation panel.
• It can be applied to equipment with hydraulic pressure of 10MPa~31.5MPa.
• It can be used in mining machine, construction machinery and other underground machinery.
• If mounting progressive distributor at each grease outlet, It can be used in machines that have less than 60 lubrication points.
Model Denotation
Note 1:
• All oil tanks can not be equipped with oil plate and low oil level indicator except 2.2L oil tank. Low oil level indicator must be used with oil plate.
• When equipped with oil plate and low oil level indicator, the oil tank needs overflow port.
• 4L and 6L refer to the valid volume of oil tank when equipped with oil plate or low oil level indicator. The valid volume is respectively 4.5L and 7L if it is not equipped with oil plate and low oil level indicator.
• Oil plate and low oil level indicator are applicable to 000#~2# grease, without oil suction mesh; 000#~0# grease does not use oil plate and low oil level indicator, but oil suction mesh is needed.
Note 2: Grease feeding connector of other models can be customized.

KYR-6/0.3/2.2U: hydraulic lubrication pump-one grease outlet; outer diameter of outlet pipe 6mm; outlet displacement 0.3ml/cycle; oil tank volume 2.2L; no grease feeding port; and the driving connector port is forward; no oil plate or low oil level indicator.
4KYR-6/0.3/0.3/0.2/0.2/6J8BX: hydraulic lubrication pump-four grease outlets; outer diameter of outlet pipe 6mm; left side outlet displacement 0.3ml/cycle; right side outlet displacement 0.2ml/cycle; oil tank volume 6L; grease feeding port adopts Ø8 straight thread connector; and the driving connector port is backward; equipped with oil plate and low oil level indicator.
