JPQ-M Progressive distributor
• Whole disc structure, good sealing performance, high pressure-bearing, applicable to heavy duty lubrication system.
• Make series connection and second stage and third stage oil distribution.
• Optional circulating indicator for remote monitoring or control of the lubrication system.
Model Denotation
Note:
1. The suffix “D” refers to check valve connector. If there is no “D”, it uses swivel nut connector without a check valve. Long and short connectors shall be installed in a staggered way when the oil outlet is connected with a 8mm pipe.
2. The oil feeding ports at both sides of the same valve element have the same displacement. Same distributor with different displacements only applies to No.2 series. The No.1 series have the same displacement at each oil feeding port, i.e. 0.2ml/cycle.
3. As for standard models, the amount of the oil feeding ports is even number within 6~20. If you need oil feeding port of odd number or less than 6, indicate your needs in the remarks.
Example
6JPQ-M1/0.2/66D: No.1 series JPQ-M progressive distributor; 6 standard oil outlets; displacement at each outlet 0.2ml/cycle; 6mm pipe connector at the oil feeding port; 6mm check valve connector at the oil outlet.
